Reviewing the Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA)

The Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) is new legislation starting in 2017 pertaining directly to any small business which does not offer group health insurance, and has less than 50 employees. Coet 2 CPAs, P.C., along with the Law Offices of Karen Brady, P.C., present an extensive informative review of this legislation as it relates to a small business from both an accounting and tax perspective, as well as a legal perspective. Ms. Frances Coet, CPA, and Ms. Karen Brady, Esq., offer clarification to key points of the QSEHRA and how they may impact a small business; as well as explanation that, as the QSEHRA is new legislation, there are some questions which remain unclear, and only in time will we truly know how certain aspects of this legislation may impact a small business. This free seminar presentation was hosted at Coet 2 CPAs on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 – and streamed live on the Coet 2 CPAs Facebook page.
