Frances J. Coet has been a finalist several years of the Outstanding Women in Business award by the Denver Business Journal, was recognized as an Everyday Heroine by the Colorado Society of CPAs in 2008 and was the 2000 SBA Accountant-Advocate for Colorado and Region VIII. Fran is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Financial Planner, and has more than forty years' experience in accounting, tax preparation and tax planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries.

A specialist in divorce taxation planning and cash flow, Fran has qualified as an expert witness regarding business valuations and income tax issues, and is a national speaker on tax legislation, tax planning and record keeping for businesses.

Before opening her own accounting firm in 1986, she worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a taxpayer service specialist and classroom instructor, and at a local CPA firm. A third-generation tax preparer, she began her career with an income tax and bookkeeping firm in Iowa.

Fran is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Valuation Analysts, and holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) from Regis Univeristy.
